A recent news article published that this development was to be used as a half-way house for ex-prisoners. These allegations are false. We are unsure of how these rumors surrounding this development were started. We have contacted the media outlet and although they would not agree to remove the online article, they have removed all references to "half-way house" and "ex-prisoners".
We can see that this has caused unnecessary anxiety to the local community including the Woodridge State School community.
We have not applied for or have been granted any approvals to use the development in this way. Such a use would be in conflict with our Development Approval issued by Logan City Council.
